Museum Lighting is at a crossroad: LED technology has created new opportunities and poses new challenges for colour and vision science, conservation and visitor engagement. In order to discuss recent academic and in research, address challenges and opportunities and provide a dialogue forum for the academic community and the industry, the Centre for Doctoral Training in Science and Engineering in Arts Heritage and Archaeology (SEAHA) and the Society of Light and Lighting (SLL) are organising the 1st International Museum Lighting Conference in London.
The conference will take place at UCL, Sept 11th-12th 2017.
Registration shall open on the 17th of April.
Early bird registration shall be £150, with reductions for students and members of SLL and The Colour Group (GB).
